  1. OUR CO-FOUNDER WAS PROMOTED

    On September 19th my wife, Co-Founder, and Managing Editor, Caroline Pestel, was PROMOTED TO MAJ. The promotion ceremony was held at the DC National Mall at the DC War Memorial. I am wildly proud of her. She is my hero.

  2. The POWER OF GRAPHIC DESIGN

    Visual language has the power to shape, reinforce, and change our perceptions about the world. It is more important than ever. This graphic-promo for Do More Together’s HOMECOMING SUMMIT is really well done and we think its powerful enough to get you to SIGN-UP FOR THE CONFERENCE

  6. WHAT I’M READING

    I like to take my time with books. I routinely read 2-3 books at a time, and it takes me sometimes months to finish a single book. This past week I finished the memoir from Wilco frontman, Jeff Tweedy. I admit that I was a very casual Wilco fan before reading this book. Loved the music I heard but was nothing close to a die-hard. And now? Now I feel quite invested in his creative process. I have his next book, HOW TO WRITE ONE SONG, on reserve at my local library. Both great options for any music fan/curious-creator in your life.
